At e-Dog, we take your security seriously. Your detls are strictly secure.
Your billing information, credit card information and your PayPal account information will NEVER be stored on our servers, it will be sent directly to the credit card company that you selected to pay for the order.
After that, we transfer all our data to our shipping company. Your order is then sent to you via our shipping partner, and once your order is delivered, we will send you an eml with detls of the delivery.
We use various courier services around the world. You will be notified by eml of the carrier we are using. If you choose, we can deliver your order directly to your home or any address in the world, so long as it is delivered within a week of the order being placed. We do ask for your patience if your order is not delivered the same day, however.
Please note: we do not ship to countries outside the European Union, and if you select to order outside of these countries, you are responsible for any customs or duties that may be incurred. We cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to non-delivery.

Our products are stocked and can be shipped immediately. If there is something you are particularly interested in, or something you have never tried before, please contact us to see if we have it in stock.
It's simple. Go to the e-Dog website, select the product you want to purchase, and complete your order. We take your security seriously, so you can be assured your credit card and personal detls are completely secure.
For online purchases, you will receive your order within 1-2 days. You can pay for your order by using PayPal. Your shipping fee is included within your e-Dog purchase.
Please don't forget to enter your shipping address when ordering, as shipping is free on all domestic orders. We take your security seriously, and all personal detls are kept private. Your credit card is only used to process your order and there is no information retned after your purchase is complete.
How to receive your order
We offer a range of options for us to receive your order. You can choose to have your order sent to your e-Dog warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
The warehouse is located in Sydney, Australia, and provides us with convenient shipping and pick-up options. Our warehouse staff are happy to assist with any questions you may have and can be contacted using the detls provided on the contact us page.
You can also select to have your order delivered to your local address. You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can then follow the steps listed on the delivery page for tracking your order.
We currently offer 2 shipping options for our products.
1) We ship your order to your Sydney e-Dog warehouse. We are based in Sydney, Australia, and you will receive your order within 1-2 days.
2) If you would like your order delivered to your local address, you will need to select this option in your checkout. The e-Dog logo and contact detls will be removed from your package.
Your order will be shipped out from our warehouse to your local address within 1-2 business days. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post, usually within 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
We offer express shipping options that you can select on your shopping cart. This service is only avlable for orders over $1000 AUD. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
Express shipping is an overnight service and can take 1-5 business days to arrive. Once your order is shipped you will be emled a tracking number and an estimated time of arrival
